This rating is for a total of my 3 (!) Orders at the end of 2020. After I had been admiring my friends' Christmas village in Langerwehe for years and had also been caught by the stall at the Augsburg Christmas market, I decided to start at Langerwehe as well. The 1st delivery started with irritations after ordering, shipping was quickly confirmed after online registration, but the goods were missing. Explanation why, no indication. Advance payment for first orders over 185 euros, the fact that two items are no longer available was not mentioned in the overview of my order on my account. Only visible in the final price, less, something will be missing. After a few appropriate emails and phone calls with the company there in mutually acceptable waiting periods, the clarification took place: The carrier only drives to the company on Monday and Friday. Why I was only informed after the third phone call, unclear. Then the goods were delivered, based on the attached inventory list it was only then determined that 2 items are currently no longer available. The 2nd order and delivery without any problems, paid with PayPal, the remittance with PayPal of the credit available due to no longer deliverable 2 items without any problems promptly after tel. Consultation. With the 3rd delivery an article (light house) was forgotten to be included. However, listed as delivered on the inventory list. After another phone call with the company, the subsequent delivery took place very quickly and without problems. Due to the time window and the increased volume of parcels, I was aware that this would no longer work until Christmas Eve and the Corona circumstances and was informed immediately in a very friendly manner. In summary, I have to say, because of the great online orderability, the HP is great, the very friendly telephone staff who always try to clarify and satisfy the customer, the excellent packaging (size and strength) on the outside and the internal insulation and sticker labeling on the outside as fragile, the very good quality and packaging of the light houses, etc., the dispatch with your proven forwarder despite the inconvenience to my regret still 4 instead of 5 stars. As an improvement, I encourage you to better communicate changes with customer impact internally, current obstacles that you as a company have to accept, but due to circumstances such as B. Corona-related cannot change, to clarify on your HP. Delivery time extensions, increased parcel and work volume because Christmas markets and long-term stalls will no longer exist, etc., please also mark them promptly on HP in future. Then 5 stars from me are always there. I hope you take this as constructive but fair and, in recognition of the special circumstances caused by Corona and the consequences thereof, ultimately remain as a very satisfied customer with joy in the upcoming Christmas village.

We go to Langerwehe every year in the run-up to Christmas and buy houses or figurines for our Christmas village there. The staff are always friendly and polite. There are tons of other nice things to buy there, and it's definitely worth going there.

I canceled this 9 days after my order today. No goods, no information, no shipping status. Automated emails only, even for customer service inquiries. Very bad service, but Corona is certainly to blame.

In the beginning we always bought the things for the Christmas villages at the Christmas market. We have been very happy to visit the exhibition on site for three years. It's always a nice trip to get new inspiration. Everything is lovingly set up and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
